Introduction to your Journey of Wealth

An article in an attempt to answer questions that arises in everyone's mind about money and creation of wealth..

Money

PS: Slightly Serious topic with bit of Gyaan Ahead, so Grab cup of coffee and assume your close friend is talking about money.

According to me, Life can be broadly divided into
  • Health- Physical and Mental
  • Money
  • People & Emotions
  • Experiences, Hobbies and Adventure
  • Career / Passion
Each has its own importance and people have different priorities for each of them. Let's limit our discussion to Money. Though with money you can try to have everything else.. its not really possible
Let's limit our discussion to Money.

1. Why the Concept of Money?

Why should we earn to live on earth, isn't it free, why should we pay? why tax.. how does government own the country. Let's be honest, these questions would've come in all of our minds.  So first let's explore this question

First of all, Just like Into the wild Movie, You can still live without money if you can go and survive in Forest, But we need to pay to live as citizen because concept of money combines all other problems of Survival that people leaving in Jungle used to face
  • Protect yourself and your family from Wild Animals and Nature
  • Search for Food + Competition
  • Create your own shelter + Compete with others each day to have it to yourself
  • Create your own medicine or in  other way, trade food/shelter for getting the medicine
Okay, Paying for Food, water, Home as Shelter, Medicine and Entertainment Justified- Why Land..
Because there's competition, Alexander wanted to conquer the world- Dynasties made war for land.. and we're in the modern version.

All of these problems for the daily needs  can be replaced with One- Making Money

If you can earn money, you can get all these without worrying and spending your time specifically for each of this. Over and above there's Luxury and entertainment that you can buy- which you can make you feel you're enjoying your life.

Now its clear about the concept and our entire blog is about Making Money, Let's dive to the Spending Money.

Trading Money As Commodity

Before diving in deeper, Let's keep 3 things in mind
  • Nothing has fixed value- Everything is priced as per the customer perception and the demand/ perceived demand...
  • Money is a nothing but a commodity to be traded- It goes from one hand to another like a game of cards- But unlike game of cards, One with highest currency notes wins the game of money
Let's dive in little deeper

1. Nothing has fixed Value- its just a perception

I see business world as Huge game of money- Let me give you can example

There's a location with very low density of population
Say 1200Sqft land in an area costs 10Lakhs/month.
  • Group of richies buys lot of land in the area of course in the name of others
  • One builds a Good mall in  this area
  • The One makes sure Bus stands are built and buses eventually an connect from here to major spots of the city.
  • Spreads rumour metro stations will be constructed here with influence of popular news media
  • Grocery Stores, Temples etc.. are there.. but are not really there
2 Years Passed for all these, Influencers passes message- This is the right time to buy land here- expected to double in 4 years. quotes examples of people who bought at 10lakhs and now price is 40Lakhs!!
  • The Richies sells the Acres of Land along with Mall for 4-5X price.
  • Ans 2 years later sells remaining land at 6X price.
  • Repeat.

Do you know the actual cost of Tablet for Headache- How's that 2mg tablet costs 2rs.. 1000rs for Kg..

How is that you can buy good home for 1.4CR in spain (8X Year CTC) but not a decent home in tier 1 Indian city for 70L (16X avg Year CTC) with spain being developed country?

Isn't Inflation relative? What's price of good mobile, refrigerator 5 years back and what its now? is it really 30% expensive?

3 bedroom, 3 bathroom costs 1.5Cr in spain

2. Money as Commodity- Brands are Defining your "Happiness" and Essentials
